About
Gary is from the UK and has always had a passion for nature and wildlife. As a child growing up in rural Dorset he was often found outdoors immersed in exploration of the local woodland, marshland or nearby coast. His enjoyment, wonder and appreciation of the natural world has never ceased and has continued into adult life, where it has taken him further afield, as well as expanded into a keen interest in wildlife photography. All of the photographs on Gary's site are of wild, free animals and birds - No captive photography.

Gary has had his work featured and published by organisations such as the BBC, RSPB and David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation. He has also had works selected from reaching multiple competition finals for Photography Exhibitions and sale globally. He hopes that his work brings enjoyment to the viewer, as well as an appreciation of the subject that can lead to more interest and awareness about the species, wildlife and the natural world in general to those newly introduced to the area. In unity with this vision Gary also supports many conservation charities including Born Free, David Shepherd Wildlife Trust, ARC (Amphibian & Reptile Conservation) Trust and also his local Wildlife Trust.
